Product & Pricing Information We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, minor colour variations may occur due to screen display differences. All prices displayed on our website are quoted in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or system error, we may cancel your order before shipment, even after order confirmation.

Order Acceptance An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, insufficient stock, errors in product or price information, or violation of these terms. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment We accept payments via approved payment processors including Stripe. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method. All payments must be completed before goods are dispatched. Title of products passes to you only once we receive full payment and the goods have been shipped.

Shipping & Delivery We offer free shipping to all European countries, the United States and Hong Kong. Delivery estimates are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may be caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, public holidays or events outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for losses arising from delivery delays where such delays are beyond our control. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by you, we may charge handling fees or cancel the order and refund minus return handling cost.

Returns, Refunds & Disputes Our return and refund rules are set out in our separate Return Policy. Any refund request must follow the timeline and conditions defined in that policy. You agree not to file fraudulent payment disputes. If a chargeback is raised without valid grounds, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the amount plus administrative fees, restrict future ordering and report to payment service providers.

Intellectual Property All content on silknora.com including text, images, logos, graphics and branding is intellectual property owned or licensed to G W (NSW) PTY LTD. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Silknora is our brand trademark.

User Conduct You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes, hacking, scraping, spamming, submitting false information or interfering with website functionality. Any breach may result in immediate blocking of access and cancellation of pending orders.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G W (NSW) PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special damages or lost profits arising from your use of the website or purchased goods. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
